We have been using the Strobel agency for many years now for all our home and auto needs. Their support when needed has always been friendly, prompt and professional. Most recently we had hail damage to our roof and they provided immediate access to our insurance company adjuster to have the repair work approved. They also kept tabs on the progress throughout the project, which was much appreciated. Highly recommended.

We have used Strobel Insurance for years and found the company to be professional, polite and accessible for all information. We are insured with Acuity and after the recent hail storm our roof, skylights and gutter helmets were replaced with no issues. Acuity was so easy to work with and I highly recommend them. Dave and the team at Strobel Insurance are #1. Cross your fingers we never have another Hail Storm in Eau Claire.

I used Strobel Insurance for years for personal and business needs and was always satisfied with the honesty & attention to my needs. I then moved out of state, and returned a few years ago. My out of state broker offered to continue coverage but I wanted to check with Dave & his team first. After learning that I'd pay $55 a month LESS for the same exact coverage, I switched back to Strobel Insurance. I've gotten the same excellent service as before and I'm happy to work with locals who know me and who have an office thats easily accessible, unlike a lot of the big boys. I'll stick with my hometown team!

After spending 45 minutes on the phone, with an agent, I was told I would hear back in two days. Called back after 4 days and they said it would take 2 weeks. Mind you this is for an estimate on car insurance! This is what they supposedly do. Well anyway, two weeks passed and nothing, nada, zero, zilch. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. Unfortunate. Would not recommend. Must not need business.

Had strobel as my agent for over 3 years. Customer Service was terrible. Took 200 days to decide if my vehicle was going to be fixed or totaled out. My coverage got dropped and they couldn't even reach out to let me know.

I've been with Strobel for 3 years now, and they've been great to work with. Our agnet was so helpful when we purchased our home last year. He helped look at different carriers to see where we could find the best bundle with our Home and Auto policies since we were moving from renting to home ownership.
I would highly recommend talking to them if you are looking for a good professional agency in the Western Wisconsin region.

DaLonna helped us out with finding the most cost effective option for our renters/auto for several years when we moved to/from Eau Claire. Strobes Insurance carries my business, workers compensation, liability and business truck and tool insurance. They also carry my farm insurance, homeowners, motorcycle, utv and personal vehicle insurance. If I have ever had a problem they have been there asap!
