My first contact with Strobel Insurance was with Nancy Hoffmeister. I was looking for policies on a condo, autos and an umbrella. She was clear, concise and professional. First impressions are important I look forward to meeting the rest of the staff and doing business with them. Kevin C
After spending 45 minutes on the phone, with an agent, I was told I would hear back in two days. Called back after 4 days and they said it would take 2 weeks. Mind you this is for an estimate on car insurance! This is what they supposedly do. Well anyway, two weeks passed and nothing, nada, zero, zilch. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. Unfortunate. Would not recommend. Must not need business.

I believe there were some unique circumstances with your quote request that made our agency a poor fit for your needs. Our records do however indicate that we left two voicemails and did not hear back which is when we closed the file. If you wish to discus this further, please give us a call.
Had strobel as my agent for over 3 years. Customer Service was terrible. Took 200 days to decide if my vehicle was going to be fixed or totaled out. My coverage got dropped and they couldn't even reach out to let me know.
Response from the owner:Hi Chenise, I'm sorry to hear that you feel our service was sub par. Looking back at your claim records it appears that the claim in question was settled and closed properly to everyone's agreement. Unfortunately when a claim is filed it is done through the carrier, not the agency, and an adjuster communicates directly with you. If a claim is not going smoothly that is where we encourage customers to reach out to our agency so we can help navigate the issues. As an agency we place insurance with reputable carriers with a history of proven claims service but we don't actual handle adjusting the individual claims. As for the coverage being dropped, that is a carrier decision generally based on loss history. A notice goes out well in advance of cancellation. In this case unfortunately we didn't have options to rewrite this policy.
The customer service at Strobel Insurance is second to none. They take the time to understand my needs and provide clear and detailed explanations, ensuring that I am fully informed and protected.

Strobel Insurance has provided us quick, efficient, and professional service. As an independent agency Strobel has found us quality insurance coverage at the best price. We have been working with DaLonna. She is knowledgeable and has provided excellent customer service. Without us asking, DaLonna found us a better insurance option for our car and house that saved us hundreds of dollars, while providing the same amount of coverage!

Dave and the whole team at Strobel Insurance have always returned calls and emails really fast and have helped us out with changes on the policy whether adding or deleting items with ease. I really feel like they have explored options to give us the best coverage for the best price to fit our needs! I've been with Strobel for 3 years now, and they've been great to work with. Our agnet was so helpful when we purchased our home last year. He helped look at different carriers to see where we could find the best bundle with our Home and Auto policies since we were moving from renting to home ownership.

DaLonna helped us out with finding the most cost effective option for our renters/auto for several years when we moved to/from Eau Claire. Most recently, she helped us with our homeowners insurance, which was a first time for us! She provided us education surrounding our policy and found us the most cost effective option within 24 hours of our new request. I would recommend Strobel to anyone!

I am so impressed with this insurance company and in particularly the help I have received from Dalonna. Strobel found a new insurance carrier that bundled property, home insurance, car and recreational vehicles for a cheaper price with better coverage. Strobes Insurance carries my business, workers compensation, liability and business truck and tool insurance. They also carry my farm insurance, homeowners, motorcycle, utv and personal vehicle insurance. If I have ever had a problem they have been there asap! They have been one less worry that I need to deal with. DaLonna has never failed to return a call or email. I would recommend them for all your insurance needs!

I live in the Twin Cities and have all of my insurance with Dave at Strobel Insurance: home, cars, PUP, life, etc. I have been with them since moving back to the Midwest. The prices are reasonable bc they are able to shop around through their many companies. They know what questions to ask and which coverage can be vital given life circumstances. They are able to work with your budget to change coverage around depending on your own personal priorities for insurance. We are with Acuity. Sadly, I've suffered a couple not at fault accidents and more recently a home claim. Acuity handled each of these with professionalism and courtesy. This was the fastest, most professional, painless process I could ever imagine. I will always stay with Acuity and Strobel Insurance bc I'm certain this aspect of my life more secure and as simple as possible for someone who doesn't understand insurance.

We have both personal and business insurance through Strobel Insurance. Working with Eric has been fantastic! Whenever I have needed anything he has been quick to get the documents sent out that I need. He was even able to get me a document I needed (within minutes) while I was standing in line to pick up a rental car in Florida. That's what I call great service! My old business insurance company used to take days, to get me the same thing.
