We have an opening for a Customer Service Associate with an established Property & Casualty insurance agency in Eau Claire. We are seeking professional candidates who are self-motivated, detail-oriented and have excellent communication, time management and organizational skills. Must be able to multi task, set priorities, organize work flow and work effectively under pressure while being customer friendly.
We are looking for a career-minded employee who is interested in pursuing a career in the insurance industry! Previous experience is a plus but someone looking for an opportunity to get into the industry would be welcomed as well. The role will concentrate on personal lines customer service work with an opportunity to grow job duties and responsibilities. Duties include extensive phone/service work including quoting, processing changes, taking payments and troubleshooting customer questions. Candidates must be able to work in a small office environment on a Monday thru Friday schedule.
A two year degree at the technical college (i.e. marketing/sales/admin) is preferred, but not required. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, possess a desire to work hard and have good social skills.
