My out of state broker offered to continue coverage but I wanted to check with Dave & his team first. After learning that I'd pay $55 a month LESS for the same exact coverage, I switched back to Strobel Insurance. I've gotten the same excellent service as before and I'm happy to work with locals who know me and who have an office thats easily accessible, unlike a lot of the big boys. I'll stick with my hometown team!

After spending 45 minutes on the phone, with an agent, I was told I would hear back in two days. Called back after 4 days and they said it would take 2 weeks. Mind you this is for an estimate on car insurance! This is what they supposedly do. Well anyway, two weeks passed and nothing, nada, zero, zilch. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. Unfortunate. Would not recommend. Must not need business.

Had strobel as my agent for over 3 years. Customer Service was terrible. Took 200 days to decide if my vehicle was going to be fixed or totaled out. My coverage got dropped and they couldn't even reach out to let me know.
