I live in the Twin Cities and have all of my insurance with Dave at Strobel Insurance: home, cars, PUP, life, etc. I have been with them since moving back to the Midwest. The prices are reasonable bc they are able to shop around through their many companies. They know what questions to ask and which coverage can be vital given life circumstances. They are able to work with your budget to change coverage around depending on your own personal priorities for insurance. We are with Acuity. Sadly, I've suffered a couple not at fault accidents and more recently a home claim. Acuity handled each of these with professionalism and courtesy. This was the fastest, most professional, painless process I could ever imagine. I will always stay with Acuity and Strobel Insurance bc I'm certain this aspect of my life more secure and as simple as possible for someone who doesn't understand insurance.

We have both personal and business insurance through Strobel Insurance. Working with Eric has been fantastic! Whenever I have needed anything he has been quick to get the documents sent out that I need. He was even able to get me a document I needed (within minutes) while I was standing in line to pick up a rental car in Florida. That's what I call great service! My old business insurance company used to take days, to get me the same thing.

I went through here to get my business insurance and I couldn't be happier. The lady I work with has always been helpful and the coverage it good. I am also very happy with the prices.I have business insurance and commercial vehicle insurance through them. Strobel insurance does a really nice job with insuring our rental properties. Great customer service and fair pricing. The older one star reviews are obviously from people that don't understand how insurance brokerages work. I would recommend Strobel to anybody!

In August of 2017 I purchased a house and was referred to Strobel Ins.I did some online research and was hesitant because 2 of 3 reviews were very negative regarding this insurance company.However, trusting my referral I decided to give them a call. I got in touch with Eric. Right away, Eric was very welcoming and willing to work with me. I expressed my concerns regarding the bad reviews I read up on them.He explained one of the review was fake and the other customer's issue was a big misunderstanding. They've resolved her issues and she has since still remained a customer of theirs.Anyhow, Eric worked together with me to get the best deal for my house and my vehicles. I saved around $600 annually in my auto insurance by switching over to Stroble Ins. Very surprising, had I known I would have switched over years ago!Overall, Eric was very professional, and understanding. He worked with my schedule in signing, returning, and picking up paperwork.I highly recommend Strobel Insurance Inc. If you're looking for insurance coverage on your home or auto, consider giving them a call.It might just be the one call that saves you hundreds of dollars!

Have dealt through Eric twice. Everything went very smooth. He did all the work for me, which was wonderful. Very satisfied. One was a big project in the kitchen, as had a water problem. Highly recommend Strobel Insurance.

Awesome people, awesome company. Has saved me a ton of money over the years providing insurance for everything I own or drive. Had a roof cave in on my boat once, all I had to do was bring it to a boat repair company and get an estimate and I had the check 3 days later. Will continue my business here as long as they are around!
