We have been using the Strobel agency for many years now for all our home and auto needs. Their support when needed has always been friendly, prompt and professional. Most recently we had hail damage to our roof and they provided immediate access to our insurance company adjuster to have the repair work approved. They also kept tabs on the progress throughout the project, which was much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Strobel Insurance, my long time insurance provider did another solid effort to help provide a path to make repairs on my home related to storm/hail damage that occured earlier this spring. Provided an insurance credit as well.

We are insured with Acuity and after the recent hail storm our roof, skylights and gutter helmets were replaced with no issues. Acuity was so easy to work with and I highly recommend them. Strobel Insurance and Acuity were there for me after the storm damage in May. Even when the adjuster missed some items there was never a question about covering it. Excellent service!

I used Strobel Insurance for years for personal and business needs and was always satisfied with the honesty & attention to my needs. I then moved out of state, and returned a few years ago. My out of state broker offered to continue coverage but I wanted to check with Dave & his team first. After learning that I'd pay $55 a month LESS for the same exact coverage, I switched back to Strobel Insurance. I've gotten the same excellent service as before and I'm happy to work with locals who know me and who have an office thats easily accessible, unlike a lot of the big boys. I'll stick with my hometown team!

After spending 45 minutes on the phone, with an agent, I was told I would hear back in two days. Called back after 4 days and they said it would take 2 weeks. Mind you this is for an estimate on car insurance! This is what they supposedly do. Well anyway, two weeks passed and nothing, nada, zero, zilch. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. Unfortunate. Would not recommend. Must not need business.

I believe there were some unique circumstances with your quote request that made our agency a poor fit for your needs. Our records do however indicate that we left two voicemails and did not hear back which is when we closed the file. If you wish to discus this further, please give us a call.

Had strobel as my agent for over 3 years. Customer Service was terrible. Took 200 days to decide if my vehicle was going to be fixed or totaled out. My coverage got dropped and they couldn't even reach out to let me know.

Looking back at your claim records it appears that the claim in question was settled and closed properly to everyone's agreement. Unfortunately when a claim is filed it is done through the carrier, not the agency, and an adjuster communicates directly with you. If a claim is not going smoothly that is where we encourage customers to reach out to our agency so we can help navigate the issues. As an agency we place insurance with reputable carriers with a history of proven claims service but we don't actual handle adjusting the individual claims. As for the coverage being dropped, that is a carrier decision generally based on loss history. A notice goes out well in advance of cancellation. In this case unfortunately we didn't have options to rewrite this policy.

The customer service at Strobel Insurance is second to none. They take the time to understand my needs and provide clear and detailed explanations, ensuring that I am fully informed and protected.

Strobes Insurance carries my business, workers compensation, liability and business truck and tool insurance. Best insurance for the price. They found us a more reasonable company with better coverage.

Strobel Insurance has "shepherded" us through home sales and purchases, new vehicle purchases, a car collision, and other things I'm sure I am forgetting. Their staff is prompt, conscientious, and friendly. We are very happy with their service.

I live in the Twin Cities and have all of my insurance with Dave at Strobel Insurance: home, cars, PUP, life, etc. I have been with them since moving back to the Midwest. The prices are reasonable bc they are able to shop around through their many companies. They know what questions to ask and which coverage can be vital given life circumstances. They are able to work with your budget to change coverage around depending on your own personal priorities for insurance. We are with Acuity. Sadly, I've suffered a couple not at fault accidents and more recently a home claim. Acuity handled each of these with professionalism and courtesy. This was the fastest, most professional, painless process I could ever imagine. I will always stay with Acuity and Strobel Insurance bc I'm certain this aspect of my life more secure and as simple as possible for someone who doesn't understand insurance.
