Nancy is originally from Tomah, Wisconsin. She relocated to Eau Claire in 2017 when she married her husband, Jim.
Nancy has been in insurance customer service for many years and joins Strobel Insurance as our front-line customer service representative. She truly enjoys interacting with customers to help answer their questions, to make changes to their policies, and to make sure they understand their coverages so that their insurance needs are being met.
When not at work Nancy enjoys spending time with her grandson and twin granddaughters and their parents. They bring much joy into the lives of Nancy and Jim.
