Lori is a customer service representative who joined our agency in January 2024. She has several years of experience in customer service and has been in the insurance industry for 20 years. She really enjoys talking with people and helping them understand their insurance coverage.
She is originally from Ladysmith but has lived in the Chippewa Falls/Eau Claire area most of her life.
Lori enjoys outings with family and friends, bowling, gardening, and socializing when not working. She especially loves spending time with her one and only granddaughter.
